Just contact me at [email protected] within 30 days of joining and I'll sort it out for you.

Although your refund will be actioned promptly, it may take between 5-10 working days for funds to be received back into your account. This is as advised by my payment processor and is outwith my control.

​Currency conversion fees

​​If you make your payment in a currency other than AUD, your financial institution may add an additional charge over which I have no control. Money refunded may not include additional charges imposed on you by your financial institution.​​​

Please note, global markets and currencies are volatile and fluctuate daily. The money received ​in your refund may be worth more or less than the original amount paid, depending on the conversion rate of the Australian Dollar (AUD) at the time your refund is processed.
