What sort of classes will there be?
There will be a range of classes available. Cardio blitz workouts, bodyweight circuits, ab blast sessions, my yoga-inspired Stretch & Strength classes; Legs, Bums & Tums plus HIIT and Tabata workouts too!
You're sure to find one that you like.
Do I need any equipment?
You won't need anything to get started.
All the classes can be performed with no additional equipment however for some sessions, you may like a mat or a towel to lie on if you don't have carpet or a comfortable surface.
Do I need to be really fit to take part?
No, not at all!
Each class will have options for complete beginners as well as seasoned athletes...and every fitness level in between. It doesn't matter how (un)fit you are when you start - you'll definitely be fitter when you finish.
Is this a subscription?
No. At the moment you will only be charged once and will have access for the duration.
Depending on the popularity and feedback, I may look to change the structure in the future however you will always be kept informed.
You will be given the option to opt-in to any changes or choose not to continue. Nothing will happen automatically.
