Instructions:

At a low row machine, or pulley, begin with arms fully extended and torso fully upright.

Pull with both hands so that the rope handle finishes at the neck

Lower the handle with control until the arms fully extend.

Legs, hips and torso should remain perfectly still throughout the movement.
